Love Jar is a Ghana-based foundation that carries the
social mission of catering for the needy and impacting
lives of the young and old. The Love Jar draws out a
well-scheduled plan for each outreach every year
gathering funds for foodstuffs, sanitary care products,
clothes and footwear, educational stationery, medical
equipment, highly nutritious lunch treats and the
provision of grants for hospital bill settlements. From
the fragility of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, to the
excessively ornate ups and downs in towns like Osu,
Laterbiokoshie, La, Dzorwulu, East Legon with daring
advancements into others like Kasoa, Kotobabi and
Dodowa.
Background
The Love Jar Foundation was founded in 2017 by Fiifi Essilfie-Hagan (General Fii) and a group of passionate individuals who believed in spreading the Love of God to all through acts of kindness. Since its inception, the foundation has carried that common vision and upheld it as a social mission. The Love Jar Foundation, in this regard, performs well in achieving the first five goals of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely: No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well Being, Quality Education, and Gender Equality.

Meet the founder
Fiifi Essilfie-Hagan (also known as General Fii) stands as a beacon of philanthropy, vision, and motivation within the vibrant landscape of Ghana. As a Ghanaian philanthropist and visionary, he has not only carved a niche for himself but has also become a driving force for positive change in society. He is a charismatic motivational speaker with expertise in NGO consultancy for over nine years.
